4. Username Policy
Your Linker.page username forms part of your public URL and is a limited resource shared across all users. The following rules apply: • If you do not verify your email within 7 days of registration, your account and username may be automatically deleted. • If you do not publish a page within 30 days of account creation, your username may be released for use by others. • If you do not log in for 180 consecutive days and your page receives no visitors during that period, your account may be marked dormant and your username may become available to others. • Bulk account creation, automated registration, and username squatting are prohibited. • Usernames must not impersonate others, infringe trademarks, or mislead visitors about your identity or affiliation. • We reserve the right to reclaim, rename, or transfer any username at our discretion, including in response to valid reports or legal requests. Username availability is not guaranteed permanently. Premium or paid status does not override these policies unless explicitly stated in writing.
5. Acceptable Use
You must use the Service lawfully and in a manner that respects the rights of others. Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation: • Spam, phishing, malware distribution, or deceptive redirects • Fraud, chargeback abuse, or misrepresentation of products or services • Content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or sexually exploitative • Infringement of intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights • Circumventing plan limits, security controls, or payment systems • Scraping, reverse engineering, or overloading our infrastructure without permission • Using the Service to operate illegal marketplaces, gambling without authorization, or unlicensed financial services We may investigate suspected violations, remove content, suspend payouts, and terminate accounts without prior notice where necessary to protect users, partners, or the platform. Repeat or severe violations may result in permanent bans and referral to law enforcement.
6. User Content and License
You retain ownership of content you upload, publish, or store through the Service, including text, images, videos, product listings, and page configuration ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant Linker.page a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, transmit, and process User Content solely to operate, improve, and promote the Service. This includes rendering your public page, delivering emails you authorize, generating AI-assisted suggestions you request, and creating backups. You represent that you have all rights necessary to publish User Content and that it does not violate these Terms or third-party rights. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of product descriptions, pricing, tax obligations, and compliance with consumer protection laws applicable to your sales. When you delete content or close your account, we will remove or anonymize User Content within a reasonable period, subject to legal retention requirements and backup cycles described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Subscriptions, Plans, and Billing
Linker.page offers Free, Pro, and Business plans with different feature sets and limits as shown on our pricing page. Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (typically monthly or annually, depending on your selection) through our payment processor. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method at the start of each billing period until you cancel. Prices are shown before checkout and may exclude applicable taxes, which you are responsible for where required by law. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future charges; paid features remain available until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law. We may change plan prices or features with advance notice. Continued use after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new pricing for subsequent billing cycles.
8. Seller Payments, Stripe Connect, and Commission
If you sell products or services through Linker.page, you may connect a Stripe account via Stripe Connect or use alternative checkout methods we make available. You are the merchant of record for your sales unless we explicitly state otherwise. Platform commission applies to qualifying transactions based on your plan: • Free plan: 10% commission • Pro plan: 2% commission • Business plan: 0% commission Commission is calculated on the transaction amount before external payment processor fees unless stated differently at checkout. We may deduct commission automatically from payouts or invoice it separately, depending on your configuration. You must complete Stripe onboarding and comply with Stripe's terms, including identity verification and prohibited business categories. We are not responsible for Stripe account holds, chargebacks, or payout delays caused by Stripe or your bank. Commission rates may change with reasonable notice.
9. Tips, Donations, and Third-Party Integrations
Linker.page supports tips, donations, and related monetization features. You may connect third-party services such as Streamlabs or other integrations we support from time to time. When you enable these features: • You are responsible for configuring integrations correctly and for all tax, legal, and disclosure obligations in your jurisdiction • Tips and donations may be processed through Linker.page payment infrastructure or redirected to third parties, depending on your settings • We do not guarantee compatibility with every external platform and may modify or remove integrations without liability Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Linker.page is not responsible for outages, data handling, or payout issues caused by external providers. You must not use tips or donation features to launder money, solicit illegal contributions, or mislead supporters about how funds will be used.
10. Affiliate Program
Linker.page may offer an affiliate or referral program that rewards users for referring new customers. Program terms, commission structures, and eligibility requirements are published separately and may change from time to time. Referral attribution uses the lp_aff_ref cookie, which stores a referral identifier for up to 90 days in the visitor's browser. A referral is credited when a new user signs up or converts according to the active program rules during that window. Affiliate participants must: • Promote Linker.page honestly and without false or misleading claims • Not use spam, cookie stuffing, self-referrals, or fraudulent traffic • Comply with applicable advertising disclosure laws, including clear affiliate disclosures where required We may withhold, adjust, or revoke commissions for invalid referrals, chargebacks, or policy violations. Affiliate earnings may be subject to minimum payout thresholds and tax reporting obligations.
11. Intellectual Property, Trademarks, and Reporting
Linker.page and its logos, software, designs, and documentation are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited rights granted in these Terms, no license is granted to our proprietary materials. You must not use Linker.page branding in a way that suggests partnership, endorsement, or official representation without written permission. Your public pages must respect third-party trademarks, copyrights, and personality rights. If you believe content on Linker.page infringes your rights, submit a report at linker.page/report with sufficient detail, including the URL, nature of the claim, and supporting documentation for trademark or copyright matters. Upon receiving a valid report, we may remove or restrict content, reclaim usernames, or transfer identifiers to rights holders. Affected users may submit a counter-notice with evidence of authorization. We may suspend accounts that submit false or bad-faith reports or repeated infringement notices.
12. Service Availability and Support
We strive to keep Linker.page available and performant, but the Service is provided on an "as available" basis. Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, upgrades, third-party outages, or events beyond our reasonable control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to custom domains, payment processing, email delivery, AI generation, or third-party integrations. Scheduled maintenance will be announced when practicable; emergency maintenance may occur without notice. Support is provided through documented channels such as email at support@linker.page. Response times may vary by plan. Free-tier support is best-effort and does not include guaranteed service-level commitments unless specified in a separate enterprise agreement.
13. Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, and Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Linker.page does not warrant that User Content, AI-generated output, analytics, or third-party integrations will be accurate, complete, or error-free. You use AI features at your own discretion and remain responsible for reviewing output before publication. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Linker.page and its officers, directors, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amounts you paid to Linker.page in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (USD 100). You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Linker.page from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your User Content, your sales, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law.
14. Changes, Governing Law, and Contact
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email, in-product notice, or by posting an updated version with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to updated Terms, you must stop using the Service and may close your account. Certain provisions, including payment obligations accrued before termination, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification, survive termination. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence require otherwise. The state and federal courts located in Delaware shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms, except where local consumer laws give you the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence.
